Our tile replacement and renovation service helps property owners update worn, damaged, or outdated tiled surfaces. Depending on the agreed project, work may include removing selected existing tiles, inspecting the exposed surface, preparing the installation area, fitting replacement tiles, and completing the agreed finishes. For a typical replacement project covering approximately 10–15 square metres, the estimated total cost is around £900–£2,500, including standard replacement tiles, installation labor, and straightforward removal work where applicable. Extensive substrate damage, waste disposal requirements, premium materials, and additional repairs may increase the cost. Any concealed damage discovered during removal may require a revised quotation, which will be discussed with the customer before additional work proceeds.
